• Crimes: An action you commit by targeting an opponent, a spell or ability an opponent controls, a permanent an opponent controls, or a card in an opponent's graveyard. Many cards in the set reward you for committing crimes.

• Mount & Saddle: Mount is a new creature type, and Saddle is an activated ability found on Mounts. You tap creatures with enough power to "saddle" the Mount, activating abilities that often trigger when the saddled Mount attacks.

• Breaking News Bonus Sheet: Every Play Booster contains at least 1 Breaking News card. These are reprints featuring new art and a front-page newspaper-style frame, reporting the spell as a crime. They don't change existing format legality but are part of the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Draft and Sealed formats.

• The Big Score Bonus Sheet: Cards that were originally intended for a separate small set are now included, featuring their own set code (BIG) and being Standard legal.
